Adams County, Ohio
Photos from Adams County, Ohio from the early 2000's. They include the courthouse in West Union, Ohio, The Kirker Covered Bridge, The Harshaville Covered Bridge, a Mail Pouch barn and a country chapel.
I took a trip to Adams County, Ohio, and used a the first commercially available Fuji point and shoot camera to capture some photos. The project was intended to document Adams County. The typical scenes captured include the courthouse, rural areas, waterways, downtown areas, chapels, and covered bridges. Many of these structures are historical and can give a sense of the area's history by looking at their construction dates. Some of the challenges he faced when trying to find picturesque places were many are on private property. I hope to return to Adams County soon.
