Second Largest Sitting Abraham Lincoln Statue.
This is the second largest Abraham Lincoln statue. It was created when lawyer and Social Security System con artist, Eric Conn, commissioned Chinese artists to create it.
The statue sat on Eric Conn's law office lawn as advertising. The state confiscated it and other treasures when Conn was found guilty of Social Security fraud on a massive scale. The state of Kentucky acquired the piece and placed it on public display in Prestonburg, Kentucky.
