Wow, what a scam.

Everyone needs this "rebate" to pay bills and everyone from the general media, the government, to the retailers are out to make you spend it on frivilous endeavors. Don't do it! Pay off or pay down a bill.

So the American government hands back money that they basically stole from us to begin with, then the majority of folks are going to rush out and buy more crap made in China. Wouldn't it be great if the majority of us just put the money on debt!

As soon as that money hits my account, I'm cutting a check to a debt.
